Can Botox treatment be permanent?

Hey everyone! I’m an eighteen year old male who was on a high dosage of accutane for four months while I had Botox. Initially I had 20 units in the forehead and then another 32 units to even it out about a month later. I had this done in Manhattan and when I saw my dermatologist in Westchester she said that that amount of Botox could cause permanent muscle degration especially at a younger age. It’s been five months now and my forehead is still kind of frozen - I have some movement in my eyebrows. I like it overall but I feel like it makes my brow bone look over projected. Perhaps the accutane also since it made my skin drier made it more conducive to more absorption of the injections instead of being buffered by natural skin oils? I’ve included some pictures…
