I get them sometimes too, so I wear cover up, and that usually works.

Try chilled cucumber slices on your eyes or maybe a pair of chilled spoons on the bags. And after maybe try some concealer.

I get them sometimes when I am really tired. These tips won’t get rid of them COMPLETELY but they really do help me:
1) when you wake up get a gauze pad/tissue/ toilet paper but NOTTTT a cotton ball
2) Turn on really cold water and soak gauze pad or wtvr with the water
3)Flush each eye 3 times and after each time blink (when you are flushing your eyes try to keep them open)That will get your eyes to open.
4) get smaller get some lotion and rub it under your eyes.
5) get some blush/concealer and rub it on the bags make the darkness go away.
THIS WAS A REAL LIFE SAVER FOR ME!!!!!!
GOOD LUCK!!!

Drink lots of water and try this.
Adapted from The Herbal Home Spa, by Greta Breedlove (Storey Books, 1998).
Nobody looks good with puffy bags or dark circles under their eyes, but how to get rid of them?
SIMPLE SOLUTION: Well, this is the easiest remedy I’ve ever run across, and it really works!
I was so surprised by the single kitchen-cupboard ingredient that this How-To calls for–it’s not a cucumber, and you’re sure to have one on hand. Find out the secret here:
Raw potato slices will help tighten baggy, puffy eyes. All you need is a potato and a knife or slicer!
To Make:
1. Slice 1/4 potato to fit over your eyes.
2. Cut 2 slices or, if you prefer, 5 to 10 very thin slices, several for each eye. Either method works.
To Use:
1. Spritz eye area with water.
2. Lying down, place the potato slices on your eyelids and leave in place for at least 10 minutes for best results.
Then prick a vitamin K capsule and apply the oil to under the eye. Leave it on all night.
I also recently read that the skin under the eyes turns dark when there isn’t enough moisture. So make sure you put moisturizer under your eyes also. Your eyes are also one of the first spots of your body to age so take good care of them.
Hope this helps!!!
